You will get hands-on experience in meats, sauces, breads, desserts, and so much more. Work in the on campus restaurant, Bistro Five Thirty Seven, to get even more real-life culinary experience.

The Elgin Community College offers several different culinary associate’s degrees. Choose between pursuing a degree in culinary arts, pastry arts, or restaurant management.
