Cheese Saganaki: Fried Feta Cheese

What’s not to love about fried cheese? This traditional Greek recipe is made with feta, kefalotyri, kefalograviera, halloumi or other specialty Greek cheeses as they do not melt at high temperatures, making them perfect for frying!

All you need is a wedge of cheese, and some flour… as well as a little patience as you wait for it to form a golden crust. This recipe is incredibly easy and delicious!
