Sütlaç (Turkish Baked Rice Pudding)

Turkish baked rice pudding, or fırın sütlaç, is a staple Turkish dessert. This creamy milk-based dessert is a tasty treat that will remind you of your childhood. Grab your spoons and dig in!

First cooked on the stove, it is then baked in individual dishes until the top burns slightly, giving it a touch of caramel.

Optionally, sütlaç can be sprinkled with a little cinnamon. Simply delicious!
