Peach Barbeque Sauce

Add a burst of summer sweetness to your grilling game with our delightful peach barbecue sauce!

This tangy and luscious sauce is the perfect blend of ripe peaches and smoky barbecue goodness. It goes great with pork or chicken skewers, grilled fish, and pretty much with any type of meat.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 5 cup peaches
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Saute garlic and shallots in butter until soft.
  • Add tomato paste and dijon mustard saute 2 mins.
  • Add peaches, brown sugar and cider vinegar, simmer 15-20 mins.
  • Puree mixture until smooth, add salt to taste.
