Soy & Sweet Chili Chicken Wings

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium shallot
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 3 oz soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 6 oz sweet chili sauce

Chicken wings:

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken wings
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the wings with evoo, salt and pepper.
  • Roast them for 20 minutes at 350 °F / 176 °C.
  • Heat the Canola oil and sear the wings until they become golden brown.
  • Add the sauce and reduce until slightly thickened. Garnish with sesame and scallion.
